Wow, so what can I say about Magnolia at Evans. She's pretty fast (15 minutes to be precise from hearing about her to meeting her), Has the best housing stock in town (Found me two flats that I wanted to take then and there) and absolutely charming (you'll just have to take my word for that, but I am still being invited to parties and fundraisers by the Evans crew).
